With his V-Zug Culinary Academy, Reto Mathis has finally realised his vision: After more than 30 years as a top chef and caterer, he is passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation. Talented youngsters from the valley and from all over Switzerland are invited to learn at the V-Zug Culinary Academy and to take advantage of what it has to offer. International guests are also welcome, of course, to learn all about a diverse and varied cuisine and to present it to their own guests.

Amateur cooks or groups also have the unique opportunity in the V-Zug Culinary Academy to take an in-depth look behind the Scenes and to cook with the top chefs.

SUMMER & AUTUMN COURSES

These courses are aimed at those who shy away from the hassle but do not want to compromise on quality.

Lazy Gourmet Cooking Course
When: 19 July and 16 August 2019

Price: CHF 440 p.p. in a group of eight to twenty participants or as an exclusive event with friends, family or customers for CHF 3,500
(in each case, price to include course and documents, food and drink on the course days plus all transfers to event locations)

In addition, for the first time, there will also be a cooking course for hunters – focused on game, of course.

Game Cooking Course for Hunters
When: 6 September 2019
Price: CHF 180 p.p.

And incidentally: We will naturally be serving game in the Restaurant at that time, i.e. from the end of August to the middle of September.
