I hope that you have been able to enjoy the summer and have come back from your holidays well rested and in good Health. If you haven’t managed to make it to the mountains yet, don’t worry. The most beautiful season in the Engadin is yet to come – the time when the larches colour the whole valley gold. And something special will be arriving on our tables too: local game. If you come along to the V-Zug Culinary Academy by Reto Mathis on 17/18 September, you can combine two wonderful things – a visit to the mountains and a game cookery course.

Cooking with heart and soul

The V-Zug Culinary Academy by Reto Mathis will be taking place two more times in the current summer Season. Reto Mathis will personally pass on his knowledge about various main topics in one- or two-day courses.

Price: CHF 440 p.p. in a group of eight to 20 participants. The price includes the cookery course and documents, food and drink on the days of the course and all transfers to the event venues.
