Before we close the doors at CheCha to prepare for the winter season, we will be running one last V-Zug Culinary Academy by Reto Mathis on October 8.

Because it is a very special one, where everything is centred around one of my favourite products, caviar, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you about it once more. If you have always wanted to discover more about this «black gold» and are curious about how and with what to serve it, we look Forward
receiving your registration.

But it’s not just caviar fans who are in for a treat – lovers of venison will find that CheCha is just right for them at the moment. We are still be serving venison from locally hunted deer with all the typical accompaniments until October 7 – with the wonderful backdrop of the mountains in autumn!

«Zwyer Caviar Workshop»

The last V-Zug Culinary Academy of the summer season is a
very special one – and yet it’s typical Mathis:

It’s all about caviar! The event is being run in association with Zwyer Caviar, our partner and supplier of top-quality caviar from sustainably farmed sources. In the Culinary Academy, participants will discover everything there is to know about this high-end product. They will learn how best to serve it, with what and, of course, what to drink with it. In addition, they will be able to try a number of varieties in a tasting session, and cosmetics made from caviar will also be presented.

You can also hire the entire premises for your exclusive use if there are enough people: that’s what we call «Rent a Checha».
